Seeking applicant for our busy store. The hours by agreement with above award wages and conditions.

What skills you will need to bring:

About the role:

 

  • Keen cyclist and willing to take a shop ride on a regular basis
  • responsible for new bicycle builds; knowledge of ebikes and electric bikes would be awesome!
  • bicycle repairs
  • retail sales
  • shop/workshop presentation
  • other essential day to day duties

 

Skills and experience:

  • solid knowledge of basic mechanics tools
  • service and diagnostic equipment knowledge (preferred but not essential)
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • focused on providing high quality service to clients as you identify, repair and avert issues that may affect the performance or longevity of their bicycle. 
  • thorough, reliable, honest, logical and motivated.

38 hours per week, including Saturday as required, with reasonable overtime also as required.
